CBC Radio One has started a new series hosted by Don Tapscott that should be of interest to students in the class. The website for the show describes it as "a five-part series that examines some of the the biggest challenges facing our world. It charts a path to the future enabled by the revolutions underway in communications, innovation and learning in this new, post-industrial, digital age."
I missed the first episode, which looked at how media is moving from the mass production model to one based on collaboration and citizen publishing, but I am planning to listen to it right away. The second episode, looking at the transformation of education and science, airs tomorrow at 11 on Radio One.
