Really interesting to hear that you've implemented it and that there's a good adoption rate. As I remember it, we were looking at SharePoint as a knowledge management tool, and talking about how it didn't meet the need for the all-important "socialization" aspect of knowledge sharing. I know it's early days, but do you think that Yammer will help to fill that gap, and allow for the informal, interdisciplinary kind of sharing that can extend knowledge across workgroups? <br />P.S. - would you mind providing link to Youtube video of MACT class you mentioned at the end of your video?
